The design for the battery pack of the cargo handling terminal:
1) Protection board (PCM): Mainly a protection circuit designed for rechargeable high-capacity battery packs. Due to the chemical characteristics of the lithium battery itself, it needs to provide protection functions such as overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, overcurrent and overtemperature. In order to avoid dangers such as burning and explosion.
2) Protection IC (Protection IC): The main protection function chip of the design scheme, which performs online monitoring of overcharge, over discharge, overcurrent, short circuit and other functions of the cell. Make the battery core work in a safe, stable and efficient range.
3) Overcurrent protection chip (PTC): Mainly designed for secondary protection function. The PTC recoverable thermal fuse has the dual functions of overcurrent protection and automatic recovery. The PTC in the battery product can prevent the battery from high temperature discharge and unsafe high current.
4) Field effect tube (MOSFET): MOSFET tube, which acts as a switch in the protection circuit.
